The SOLACE mobile application ("App") is owned and operated by Irina Ovchinnikova (Lastname) ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"). We are designed to respect your privacy and keep your personal conversations under your control. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the application.
SOLACE is designed as a local-first application. Core chat functionality, conversation history, user preferences, memories, profile data, and AI model inference are handled entirely on your device.
Your conversation content is not sent to our servers for processing. The AI language model runs locally within the app environment.
Some optional features may require an internet connection or interaction with platform services. These may include:
These features are optional or platform-managed. They do not require us to receive or process your private conversation content.
All chat messages, conversation history, summaries, memories, profile data, PIN settings, and user preferences are stored locally on your device.
This data is stored within the app's local storage area and is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your operating system.
Your local app data remains on your device unless you explicitly use your operating system's backup, transfer, sharing, or export features.
We do not operate a server that receives, stores, reads, analyzes, or sells your chat content.
Your messages are used locally on your device to provide the app experience. They are not uploaded to developer-controlled servers.
SOLACE may offer optional one-time support purchases and voluntary tips through Google Play.
These transactions are entirely voluntary and are intended solely as a way to support the continued development and maintenance of the project. They do not unlock medical, therapeutic, emergency, or professional services.
Purchases are processed securely by Google Play. We do not receive your private chat messages, memories, profile data, or conversation history through these transactions.
If you choose to contact us through the feedback option, the app may open your device's email application.
Any information you include in that email is sent by you voluntarily. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in support emails.
SOLACE does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party ad tracking.
We do not sell your data.
Your local data remains on your device for as long as you use the application.
You can delete all local records at any time through the in-app "Delete all records" function. This removes stored messages, summaries, memories, and profile data from the device.
You may also remove local app data by uninstalling the SOLACE application from your device. Once local data is deleted, we cannot recover it because we do not store your private conversation content on our servers.
SOLACE is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since core app data is stored locally, private conversation content is not collected by any external servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document with an updated "Last Updated" date.
